Neat old mill right on the Dan river. Neat little campground on the property with river shuttle service available. The owners have grand plans for the future. Nice bath houses for the campers
The location was amazing and we had a great time. This is a great place to relax. Plenty of firewood and we had multiple options to hang our hammocks. The 2 gentlemen caring for the property we great. Lane and Marcus were very informative and helpful. Biggest disappointment was lack of communication from the owner. Was ready to take my money but as soon as I paid online the information stopped. We had questions about campsite location and if there was anyone on site since we were checking in a little late. 3 days later the owner has not responded. Glad we figured it out.
Andrew is very nice and welcoming. Great place for camping and tubing. The long ride is definitely worth it if you have 4-5 hours. Otherwise the short run is great too!!
Very nice! The staff is very friendly and supportive. They go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. Tubing, camping. Well maintained grounds. All for the best price on the Dan river.
